Easy Muffin Recipe

Ingredients:
- 1 ½ cups of all-purpose flour
- ¾ cup of granulated sugar
- 2 teaspoons of baking powder
- ½ teaspoon of salt
- ½ cup of milk
- ⅓ cup of vegetable oil
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 1 cup of your favorite mix-ins (chocolate chips, blueberries, etc.)
Directions:
Preheat: Set your oven to 375°F (190°C). Prepare a muffin tin by either lining it with paper liners or greasing the cups.
Mix Dry Ingredients: Whisk together sugar, flour, salt, and baking powder in a large bowl.
Combine Wet Ingredients: In another bowl, Mix egg, milk, oil, and vanilla extract until smooth.
Make the Batter: Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients, stirring until combined. Fold in your favorite mix-ins.
Bake: Distribute the batter into muffin cups evenly. Bake them for about 20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Cool for a few minutes, then enjoy!
